Shipping & Delivery
Yes — we ship to 160+ countries with free shipping on every order. If we're unable to ship to your address due to sanctions or carrier limitations, we'll cancel and issue a full refund.
Handling time is 1–3 business days (up to 6 during peak periods). Typical transit times:
- USA: 4–8 business days
- Canada / Australia: 4–12 business days
- New Zealand: 2–5 business days
- UK / Switzerland / Germany: 3–8 business days
- Singapore / UAE: 4–8 business days
- Other Europe: 5–15 business days
- Other countries: 5–25 business days
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you haven't received it within 7 business days of your purchase, email [email protected].
We've received your order and it's being prepared for dispatch. It will update to "Fulfilled" once it ships, and you'll receive your tracking number by email at that point.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT/GST, or broker fees. These charges are the recipient's responsibility and are non-refundable. Customs inspections can also delay delivery and are outside our control.

- Verify the shipping address on your confirmation email.
- If still missing, contact us within 5 business days of the delivery scan and we'll open a carrier investigation.
Contact us after 10 consecutive business days without scan activity (US) or 14 business days (international). If the carrier declares it lost, we'll reship or issue a full refund.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
90 days from delivery for most items. Defective, incorrect, or damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Yes — we offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on eligible products returned unused and in original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you instructions and a return address. Please use a trackable shipping method and share the tracking number with us.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10–15 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
For health and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used. If a hygiene-category item arrives defective or damaged, report it within 7 days for a replacement or refund evaluation. See our Refund Policy for details.
Product Questions
- Fill a basin with warm water and add a small amount of salt (table salt, sea salt, or Morton's — not Epsom salt).
- Place the array in the water and connect it to the power adapter.
- Press the power button twice to start.
- Place your feet in the water and relax for 30 minutes.
- The machine will beep and enter standby mode automatically after 30 minutes.
Yes — the Purionix RX works with all types of water. For best results, we recommend filtered water over tap water.
The color change is a result of the ionic reaction between the array and the water, combined with minerals in the water and substances drawn out through your feet. Different colors can indicate different types of toxins being removed.
For best results, use the Purionix RX 4–5 times per week and maintain this routine for 6–12 months. Each session is 30 minutes — the machine is pre-programmed so there's no guesswork.
The array lasts approximately 30 sessions. After that, you'll need to purchase a replacement array to continue using the device.
The standard package does not include a basin — you can use any basin you have at home. We do offer an optional basin add-on at checkout if you'd prefer a dedicated one.

The Purionix RX has a built-in 30-minute safety timer and uses low-voltage technology. Stop use immediately if you experience any discomfort, pain, or irritation. Not recommended for use during pregnancy, or for those with pacemakers or epilepsy. Consult your doctor if you have any health concerns.
